- Actively participate in project conceptualization, work planning, and execution of high voltage substation projects
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of electrical engineering issues
- Prepare clear and concise reports presenting technical and project information to meet client requirements
- Share knowledge and collaborate with experienced engineers through established systems of process
- Potential travel to client sites as needed
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of Medium Voltage Power Systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- BSEE degree preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in the design of substations 138kV and above
- Experience preparing substation grounding calculations and related technical assessments
- Familiarity with ANSI/IEEE/NEMA standards as related to substation design
- PE license and AutoCAD experience
