Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to advance the sale and delivery of electronic components in fire and safety markets across North America
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within and outside core markets
  • Educate and support channel partners, OEMs, and dealers to drive growth in the fire and safety sectors
  • Provide strong Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to guide product development and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, engineering, electrical engineering, or technology
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical sales and support within the fire and safety markets
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic components and control systems
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or project management
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with international customer interactions and sales representatives
