Job Description

• 当社の放射線治療機器の導入先（顧客施設、医療機関）における定期点検およびメンテナンス（不具合の診断、修理、ソフトウェア・ハードウェアのアップグレード）
• 顧客施設現場においてのサポート、電話での問い合わせ対応など、顧客に対するサービス全般

• 基本的なパソコンスキルを有すること
• 出張が可能であること（国内の遠方出張、米国での研修機会あり）
• 医療機関の平日時間外及び休日の勤務に対応できること（医療機関の診療時間外に対応することが必要となるため）
• 英語アレルギーがないこと

• フィールドサービスエンジニア経験者歓迎（特に放射線医療機器や、大型機器の保守点検業務経験者）

• 普通自動車第１種免許

• エックス線作業主任者）、未取得の方には入社後取得していただきます（支援制度あり）

Field Service/Support Engineer:
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. Survey Tip:
