• Develop ITM Fabrication parts for various mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with design and fabrication teams to ensure model content aligns with project standards and requirements
• Conduct audits and updates to maintain the accuracy of the digital content library
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of Fabrication parts
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and optimize content creation processes

• Strong experience with Fabrication CADMep and/or ESTmep
• Familiarity with design workflows related to Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems
• Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in content creation and documentation
• Effective communication skills to gather requirements and share updates with stakeholders
• Commitment to high‑quality standards in design and fabrication outputs

• Experience with Autodesk Content Catalog, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage
• Knowledge of total station exports and point layout processes
• Familiarity with 3D Coordination using Navisworks
• Understanding of manufacturing and shop fabrication processes
