• Serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware and firmware issues, managing investigations from initial triage to root cause resolution
• Conduct comprehensive debugging across hardware components, firmware, gateways, and AI/ML pipelines
• Analyze device telemetry and fleet-level patterns, translating data into actionable technical narratives
• Drive continuous product improvement through post-mortem analyses to identify key learnings and trends
• Collaborate with R&D to develop customer solutions based on support trend analysis

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or systems engineering with hardware-integrated products
• Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supply
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and automotive or industrial electrical systems
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Prior experience with video safety systems, automotive electronics, or complex camera architectures
• Automotive or heavy equipment experience
• Expertise in electro-mechanical systems
• Data analysis skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau
