- Strong ability to read and interpret technical electrical documentation
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Five years of experience as a lead on NAVSEA or MSC engineering projects
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering License or USCG Engineering License
- Experience in professional organizations, contributing to publications or leadership roles
- Familiarity with Top Side, C4I, and Navigation systems
