The Asia Hub serves as a critical bridge between global R&D centers and Asian manufacturing partners, enabling test/product development cycles and accelerated NPI timelines while supporting multiple product lines including Signal Integrity Products (SIP), LoRa wireless connectivity, and Force & Haptic Sensing (FHS) solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic Asia Hub Engineering team. This role will support multiple product lines including high-speed Signal Integrity Products for optical communication and broadcast markets, LoRa wireless connectivity solutions, and Force & Haptic Sensing MEMS devices. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test solutions, managing OSAT relationships, and ensuring product quality across diverse semiconductor technologies.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment supporting both established products and cutting-edge NPI developments, with opportunities to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

• Develop and optimize Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs and hardware for multiple product families (SIP, LoRa, Force & Haptics Sensors)
• Support NPI development from early characterization through mass production release
• Design probe and final test solutions including load boards, test plans, and methodologies
• Analyze electrical specifications and create detailed ATE test plans for diverse technologies
• Perform statistical analysis, establish test limits, and drive yield optimization initiatives

• Manage production test programs at Asian OSAT facilities
• Lead new product qualification and production transfer activities
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners on capacity planning and capability development
• Drive test time reduction, cost optimization, and quality improvement projects

• Provide technical guidance on test methodology and hardware design best practices
• Support cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Operations
• Lead correlation studies and statistical analysis for yield improvement
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer initiatives

• Collaborate with global engineering teams across different time zones
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards
• Contribute to standardization of test processes and documentation
• Interface with customers and partners as technical representative
