- Evaluate market trends and solicit customer feedback to inform sales strategies

- Collaborate with various customer departments, including engineering and operations
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R sales or engineering experience
- Willingness to travel 30% within the United States, with occasional international travel
- Strong technical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with refrigeration equipment
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Additional technical certifications related to HVAC/R
