What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and market share targets set by management
  • Lead and grow assigned territory through existing and new accounts by building long‑term relationships
  • Support customers, including mechanical contractors and consulting engineering firms
  • Assist with bid day operations and handle post‑sale submittal and order entry work
  • Promote Carrier’s products and participate in trade shows and marketing events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or expected to be completed by September 2026
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Four‑year Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Material Science, or Controls)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Internship or work experience in HVAC, engineering, or sales is a plus
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic
