• Lead a team in coordinating projects and solving complex self-driving challenges
• Drive delivery of technology portfolios in collaboration with engineering leaders
• Build processes and frameworks to enhance team performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire stack to identify improvement areas
• Communicate technical product status and program execution to senior executives

• Minimum of 12 years of recent Product or Program Management experience
• At least 5 years of people management experience
• Strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building
• Experience managing technical product or program management teams in autonomous vehicle or robotics domains
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven track record of growing technical product and program management teams in the autonomous vehicle or robotics space
• Relevant domain knowledge in Autonomous Driving, Robotics, or ML-based planning stacks
• Experience in a fast-paced AI or Autonomous Vehicle company
• Background as a software engineer, systems engineer, or ML engineer
• Demonstrated motivation to learn new things and solve complex problems
