• Manage the execution and administration of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects
• Oversee all phases of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure accountability and successful project outcomes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare clear and concise reports that meet client requirements and communicate project information effectively

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management within Utility, Construction, Engineering, or relevant fields
• Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and serving as a firm/client liaison
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10‑25% of the time

• A BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar degree
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Engineering design experience is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in construction/field operations
