Senior Research Analyst - Carbon Markets

• Collect and organize carbon and emissions-related statistics, including data sets for Energy, Power, and Gas
• Develop and maintain models, datasets, and analytics for carbon compliance markets and biofuels
• Support the design and preparation of content delivery tools for analytical insights
• Collaborate with the carbon policy team to analyze events and policy changes affecting the carbon market
• Serve as the primary contact for the systems development team regarding analytical tools and processes

• At least experience in the biofuels, renewable fuels, gas, or power sector
• Knowledge of renewable fuels and low‑carbon fuels credit markets
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling using Python, SAS, SPSS, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience in communicating complex content to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience

• Experience in refinery modeling to assess environmental impact and emissions reduction technologies
