- Lead efforts to ensure successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables, meeting technical and financial expectations
- Define project scope, deliverables, and track progress of group members
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants
- Provide technical oversight for electrical engineering activities, including design change packages and engineering calculations
- Interface with clients to validate project scope and ensure satisfaction
- A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- Ten or more years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants
- Three or more years of experience in leading an engineering design group through all phases of project design
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to team members and clients
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and a detail-oriented approach to work
- PE Licensure is preferred
- Experience with the selection of equipment, materials, and preparation of engineering design change packages
