• Manage two or more medium to high complexity projects in the Aerospace and Defense market segment
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive program schedules and meetings
• Present project status to business leaders and review customer documentation
• Oversee program management including budget forecasting and risk management
• Maintain program documentation and ensure alignment with project outcomes

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading product development or manufacturing projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and A&D market technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to establish a broad network and positively influence team dynamics

• PMP certification is an advantage
• Experience in a technical or highly regulated industry such as Health Tech or Manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability in change management and business case generation
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
