What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead startup, commissioning, and warranty processes for air- and water-cooled chillers in newly constructed data centers
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedules and budgets are met

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years in mechanical installation, building automation, electrical installation, or construction
• 5+ years of experience with water- or air-cooled chillers
• Travel Requirement:
  Up to 75%, with extended stays at data center job sites nationwide

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering OR a Master’s/MBA
• PMP certification
• LEED certification or experience with BACnet
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
