• Support of our customers in the area of Northern Germany, especially Volkswagen Emden
• Implementation of installations and commissioning
• Technical contact for our customers
• Building a partnership with our customers
• Participation in customer meetings
• Phone and remote support
• Implementation of technical training
• Implementation of machine capability studies
• Performance of error analysis and repairs
• Support of the sales team in technical matters
• Expansion and development of the service business with our customers
• Preparation of offers for services
• Commissioning and configuration of screwdriving systems
• On‑site project coordination
• Development of the service business with customers

• Completed training to become a state‑certified technician, specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the field of service screwdriving technology
• Several years of professional experience in customer service (by phone and on site)
• Good knowledge of the VW Group's tightening technology standards, especially XML
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP
• Willingness to travel, also internationally
• Good command of written and spoken English
