You will have the unique opportunity to influence the next generation of technology by beta testing new hardware and software releases directly with Product Managers, while serving as the primary educator for our dealer network and top‑tier construction firms.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Architect the 3D Workflow: Consult and demonstrate the full power of “Construct‑able” models, helping customers verify quantities and identify engineering design errors before they hit the field.

  • Empower the Dealer Network: Spearhead the education and training of dealer support staff, ensuring they are equipped to represent Trimble's data management and site positioning systems.

  • Partner with Industry Leaders: Collaborate directly with Site Surveyors, Project Managers, and Field Engineers to optimize workflows for high‑stakes projects like landfills, infrastructure, and marine construction.

  • Influence Product Innovation: Work at the cutting edge by beta testing new releases and providing critical field feedback to Trimble Product Managers.

  • Own the Educational Journey: Create high‑impact training content for customer self‑serve platforms and lead post‑sale training to ensure long‑term client success.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Civil Construction Expertise: You bring a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience focused on civil projects and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

  • Technical Software Mastery: You are an experienced user of Trimble Business Center, Bentley, or AutoCAD products.

  • Project Leadership: You have a proven background in Project Management and understand the intricacies of field and office coordination.

  • Solution Consultant Mindset: You are a self‑starter who can articulate the value of 3D construction processes to diverse stakeholders.

Bonus Points
  • Multidisciplinary CAD Knowledge: Ability to explain key differences and features across various third‑party CAD software packages.

  • Specialty Contractor Insight: Experience specifically within marine, paving, or large‑scale earthmoving sectors.

  • Training Content Creation: Experience developing digital content for broader customer self‑serve platforms.

Logistics

Location: Remote US
