- Supervise and mentor a team of educators and support staff
- Serve as the daily operational lead for the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) campus and all assigned support staff
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and progress within DAEP, addressing concerns promptly
- Oversee and support DAEP teachers to ensure program expectations and behavior requirements are met
- Input and maintain accurate PEIMS data related to DAEP placements and reporting requirements
- Respond to parent concerns regarding DAEP requirements, attendance, and behavior expectations
- Two (2) years of previous experience supporting student behavior, interventions, or alternative education
- Two (2) years of formal management experience
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills with parents and students - Proficiency in Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to clear required background check
- Master’s degree
