Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training experiences for veterinary care staff, transforming theory into practical skills
  • Facilitate high-quality workshops on various topics, demonstrating expert presentation skills
  • Drive adoption and optimization of the ASPCA Learning Management System in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead training initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring high-quality onboarding experiences
  • Conduct regular site visits to observe training in action and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum five years’ experience training staff in a professional environment
  • Minimum five years’ experience presenting to an in-person audience in a group/workshop setting
  • Minimum three years' experience developing and designing professional onboarding or training materials
  • Demonstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing e-learning experiences using platforms such as Articulate or Rise
  • Demonstrated experience training in a fast-paced human or veterinary medicine environment
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Experience in change leadership
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff
