Testing Assistant; Contractor

• Assist in securing facilities for in-person testing and obtaining necessary compliance documents
• Prepare test materials for various assessments under supervision
• Communicate with students and families regarding testing procedures and requirements
• Develop staffing plans and assist in onboarding staff for testing
• Manage relationships with partnered facilities and maintain testing planning tools

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in test administration or protocols, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift moderate weights (35+ pounds) as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with databases and web proficiency

• Familiarity with state testing processes
• Experience teaching in a classroom setting and administering standardized tests
• Background in virtual or online education
