• Coordinate all federal Title I programs and ensure compliance with academic performance and attendance guidelines
• Develop and oversee parent training programs related to Title I
• Manage training, evaluation, and professional development for teaching staff
• Monitor budget compliance for Title I programs in cooperation with the Finance Director
• Build and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders and the state

• Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Five (5) years of education work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership experience in an educational setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in school administration
• Experience supervising educators
• Background in a charter school environment
