As the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will own B2B lifecycle performance—from lead nurture through partner activation, retention, and expansion. You’ll lead the lifecycle program and ensure it drives measurable revenue outcomes: MQL, SQL, and Closed Won, plus activation and retention lift.

This role is B2B‑first (restaurant prospects andacja partners). You’ll provide light support for B2B2C lifecycle initiatives when there’s clear leverage (e.g., partner activation, diner demand that impacts partner success), but your goals and resourcing are anchored in B2B.

Reports to the Head of Marketing. Will manage 1 direct report.

This is a remote role based in the United States.
