- Assist with needs analysis for target audiences on assigned projects
- Define learning objectives to meet program goals and outcomes

- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role focused on creating and designing learning solutions
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, or Personal Lines insurance
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly Cornerstone SBX
- Ability to operate autonomously while following direction from leadership
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
