• Own the roadmap and business requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating commercial partner needs into actionable specifications
• Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including HTML email building and customer journey optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and leverage digital marketing automation capabilities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for improved outcomes
• Develop and implement effective standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong technical skills in HTML, email building, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields

• Experience working with Azure, Tableau, Lead Scoring, Audience Builder, and Python
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and Developer Certifications
