• Oversee curriculum development efforts for large-scale federal contracts
• Assist with project management duties as assigned by program managers and government stakeholders
• Develop course materials, scripts, exercises, and other teaching aids
• Support the tracking and reporting of performance metrics for course materials
• Serve as a primary client point of contact, providing guidance on curriculum and training efforts

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or related fields
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience with adult learning methodologies and e-learning development
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and support complex client relationships
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
• Ability to implement client feedback quickly and effectively
• Desire to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds
