Student Information Systems Coordinator

• Maintain and manage student records in the eSchool system while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Perform data entry and verification tasks within the student information system (SIS)
• Coordinate with the ARVA SIS Administrator to ensure accurate reporting for state-required documents
• Develop and implement processes for auditing student files and verifying attendance records
• Communicate technical concepts effectively through both verbal and written channels

• Minimum of two (2) years of data management experience, preferably with Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to pass a required background check

• Experience working with eSchool and/or TRIAND systems
• Familiarity with sampling and auditing practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
