• Deliver engaging online instruction and maintain high teaching performance through course feedback

• Doctorate in Nursing (PhD, DNP, or EdD) and Master of Science in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license;
  Minnesota RN licensure required within 6 months of employment
• Experience teaching in higher education and commitment to quality teaching outcomes
• Proven experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 7th edition
• Ability to contribute to diversity and cultural sensitivity within the academic community

• Experience writing curriculum and leading doctoral students
• Three or more years of teaching in an online setting
• Membership in an educational leadership organization
• Experience presenting at professional conferences
• Demonstrated leadership through team engagement
