Call Center Representative, Continuum of Care

• Respond to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and resources
• Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking, and reporting activities
• Track inquiries, questions, and answers and provide resolutions
• Perform clerical or administrative duties as needed

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• No previous experience required
• Ability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and utilize keyboard/data entry skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with call center operations
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
