What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and personal communications
- Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with Shared Services teams to clarify needs and provide effective solutions
- Resolve internal and external customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, and general concerns
- Document and escalate inquiries appropriately, following established processes
- Maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness in service delivery
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- High School diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred
- Background in banking, finance, or accounting
- Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products
