• Assist customers with their tax preparation needs and inquiries
• Gather essential information and documents from clients
• Create detailed notes to ensure a smooth handoff to the filing agent
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Strive to meet company KPI metrics and participate in various projects as needed

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to create high-quality customer interactions using empathy and service knowledge
• Strong documentation skills for recording customer interactions
• Commitment to meeting performance metrics and goals

• Previous experience in tax-related customer service roles
• Familiarity with tax preparation software or tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience participating in pilot testing or project work
