What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives, creating a strategic joint success plan

  • Experience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrating leadership in customer engagement
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide best practices and solutions
  • Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a global organization and start-up environment is a plus
  • Previous mentoring experience with new team members
  • Familiarity with Remote's service and platform best practices
