What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate and management focal point for assigned customers, resolving escalations independently
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive service management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships to lead the delivery of data center solutions and services
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing customers
  • Analyze and present detailed customer reporting packages while ensuring effective communication of issues and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer support, project management, or data center/IT service delivery
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and a commitment to driving high customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
