- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Experience in managing customer-related billing issues
- Familiarity with technical specifications and service delivery processes
- Strong work ethic and a positive approach to challenges
