Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor
  • Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey in collaboration with the onboarding team
  • Represent the customer's perspective internally by capturing feedback and collaborating with various teams
  • Monitor client engagement and usage trends to proactively address potential challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Directors on renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight or Churn Zero
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (20% travel)
