• Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
• Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and necessary third parties to gather information for settlement
• Ensure the settlement process remains organized and maintain communication with involved parties
• Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
• Leverage customer service skills and knowledge of title and real estate to guide clients and agents through the process

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proven customer service background with knowledge of title and/or real estate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Qualia and Microsoft 365 software

• Experience in creative problem-solving within a customer service context
• A positive, “can-do” attitude towards challenges and team collaboration
