Virtual Store Support Operator

• Answer incoming phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails from customers and store team members
• Maintain and update customer information in a case management system
• Provide first-level technical support for website-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding items until resolution
• Collaborate with other departments and store team members to resolve customer concerns

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Must be available to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and on holidays

• Call center or customer service experience
• Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English
• Automotive knowledge
