What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and other channels
  • Assist with order administration, including placing, tracking, and modifying orders
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience
  • De-escalate customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support and service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week from April 6, 2025, to August 28, 2026
  • Associate's degree or 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • Strong computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 60 wpm
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in a contact center or specialty run environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage adverse situations positively
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with data analysis to improve customer experience
  • Passion for running and understanding of the running community
