What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive customer adoption and outcomes
  • Lead regular meetings and business reviews to communicate customer goals and value delivered
  • Identify and address risks to customer success, ensuring alignment with their goals
  • Manage renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned customer accounts

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3 years of customer relationship/account management experience within the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in capturing and resolving client inquiries and issues
  • Familiarity with risk adjustment and clinical quality offerings
  • Ability to create high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively convey client needs
