- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required

- Proven track record in managing customer relationships, including renewals and expansions
- Ability to understand healthcare industry dynamics and IT solutions based on analytics
- 3 years of customer relationship/account management experience within the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in capturing and resolving client inquiries and issues
- Familiarity with risk adjustment and clinical quality offerings
- Ability to create high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively convey client needs
