Position: Customer Service Advocate I - Cambodian Bilingual

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Communicate effectively to assess member or provider needs and determine routing for further resolution if necessary
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Document all member or provider information and communications for quality tracking through CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
  • Bilingual in Cambodian and English
  • Ability to work between the hours of 11 AM - 9 PM EST
  • Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing policies and standards
