Position: (US) Solutions Analyst - Financial - 6 Month Contract

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide world‑class customer support with a focus on empathy for clients using cloud‑based healthcare applications
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the software to assist with processes in long‑term care facilities
  • Resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues through analysis and problem recreation
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately using the help desk ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Post‑secondary education required
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting web‑based software applications
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST with occasional overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Point Click Care  software is an asset
  • Experience using diagnostic tools to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
