What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor

  • Monitor client engagement and usage trends to proactively address challenges
  • Partner with Sales on renewal cycles and identify opportunities for expansion
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Churn Zero
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (10% travel)
