Virtual Store Support Operator; FAST

• Assist customers with store/order policies and procedures while documenting all interactions
• Maintain and update customer information in a case management system
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
• Work with store/field leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Complete training courses by company-set due dates and adhere to quality assurance standards

• Reliable access to the internet for job duties and virtual meetings
• Minimum of 2 years related experience or training in a customer service role
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Demonstrated ability to work well with peers and business partners
• Must be adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment

• Call center or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual skills in French/English or Spanish/English desired
• Basic understanding of automotive terms and vehicle repairs preferred
