• Handle all inbound calls promptly and gather customer requirements accurately
• Enter data regarding unit locations and ensure accurate billing information is communicated
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and keep customers informed
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher to resolve any issues that arise

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve effectively
• Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends and varying shifts

• A degree in a related discipline or industry experience
