What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and helpful responses to customer support tickets via email and phone calls
  • Master the product supported, keeping up‑to‑date with the latest updates and support policies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by Students and Instructors, offering solutions or workarounds
  • Ensure the quality of courses uploaded to the Partner's Platform by reviewing them for compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Work on special short‑term projects as required by the hiring client
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support for Japanese businesses
  • Excellent (near‑native) written English
  • Knowledge and experience in using Honorific Japanese (Keigo)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong technical proficiency with web, computers, and smartphones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience providing email and phone support to Japanese customers
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Zendesk) and bug‑tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
