Position: Assistant Account Manager I *starting February 9th 2026

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact
  • Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts and updating demographic information
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment accounts
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries regarding account research
  • Meet and exceed department standards for quality and quantity of work
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school graduate required; at least 2 years of college/technical school preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent attendance
  • Effective oral communication skills and active listening abilities

  • Experience in a customer service role within a payment technology or education services environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
