• Research and resolve debit memos, ensuring timely closure of customer inquiries and complaints
• Communicate with operations managers and vendors regarding research outcomes
• Provide monthly reporting and analysis on debit memo trends and root causes
• Collaborate with Service Delivery leaders to implement process improvements based on identified trends
• Meet with Service Delivery Director to review trends and open cases

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry, with strong knowledge of WS/Sabre GDS
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability Signals difficult situations and provide constructive feedback

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and teamwork skills
• Proven track record of proactively supporting colleagues and decision-making
• Experience with change management within a corporate setting
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
