What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are effectively trained and aligned to success outcomes
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by capturing feedback and collaborating with product and research teams
  • Monitor client engagement to proactively address challenges and align resources to client priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Directors on renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive client-first approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Churn Zero
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
