- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are effectively trained and aligned to success outcomes
- Advocate for customer needs internally by capturing feedback and collaborating with product and research teams
- Monitor client engagement to proactively address challenges and align resources to client priorities
- Collaborate with Sales Account Directors on renewal cycles and identify expansion opportunities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive client-first approach
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Churn Zero
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
