What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Guide customers through the 1

    Password lifecycle, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and driving tool adoption
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Executives to support customer needs and enhance their experience
  • Conduct strategic calls and engagements to manage a book of business in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Manage customer data and activity, synthesizing feedback for product and marketing teams
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales counterparts to drive revenue retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must communicate fluently in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a SaaS or tech Customer Success role managing a book of business
  • Proven effective communication skills over various channels, including email, phone, and video calls
  • Experience supporting individuals and businesses in utilizing software for improved productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with C‑Level executives and navigate diverse stakeholder needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Personal experience with 1

    Password or another password manager is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight for customer management
