- Strong communication skills over email, phone, and video calls
- Experience in guiding customers through their lifecycle and achieving high adoption rates
- Proficiency in managing customer data and activity in collaboration with Onboarding and Account management teams
- Previous experience with a CRM like Gainsight is a plus
- Personal experience with 1
