What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Guide Teams and Business customers through established best practices, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investment
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption goals and customer retention
  • Support customers during the annual renewal process, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback for improvement initiatives and product development
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and engage customers in advocacy initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a large book of business in a Customer Success role in a SaaS or Tech environment
  • Strong communication skills over email, phone, and video calls
  • Experience in guiding customers through their lifecycle and achieving high adoption rates
  • Proficiency in managing customer data and activity in collaboration with Onboarding and Account management teams
  • Previous experience with a CRM like Gainsight is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Personal experience with 1

    Password or cybersecurity is beneficial
  • Passion for helping people or businesses use software to enhance productivity and efficiency
