• Guide customers throughout their 1
  
  Password lifecycle, acting as their champion and advocate
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Executives to ensure customer needs are met
• Conduct strategic calls and engagements to support customer retention and tool adoption
• Manage customer data and activity, synthesizing findings from discussions for internal teams
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue retention within your book of business

• Must communicate fluently in English and French, both written and spoken
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role
• Effective communication skills across various mediums including email and video calls
• Demonstrated experience in supporting businesses in software utilization
• Experience collaborating with C‑Level executives and navigating diverse stakeholder needs
