What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Proactively manage named accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Develop and nurture relationships with various customer stakeholders to enhance engagement
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate impact and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor customer health scores and assist customers in improving their satisfaction metrics
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell activities to drive revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar roles
  • Italian speaking is required for this role
  • 2+ years of experience in customer management within security and/or identity solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage executive relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in transformational Customer Success projects or transitioning products from On-Premises to SaaS
  • Previous Customer Success experience in a B2B Software company
  • Consistent desire to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
  • Proficiency in customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
