- Experience in transformational Customer Success projects or transitioning products from On-Premises to SaaS
- Previous Customer Success experience in a B2B Software company
- Consistent desire to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Proficiency in customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
